30-Day Return Policy
T3RRA (Australia & New Zealand)
Eligibility
- Returns may be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
Condition Requirements
- Products must be in new, unused condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- T3RRA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, a refund minus a restocking fee will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after receipt of the returned item.
Exceptions
- Special order items, customised products, and certain non-stocked products may not be eligible for return.
- Seasonal or clearance items may have modified return policies.
