30-Day Return Policy

T3RRA (Australia & New Zealand)

Eligibility

  • Returns may be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

Condition Requirements

  • Products must be in new, unused condition.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • T3RRA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund minus a restocking fee will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Exceptions

  • Special order items, customised products, and certain non-stocked products may not be eligible for return.
  • Seasonal or clearance items may have modified return policies.
